Biography
Ghazal Jan-Ghorban was a 15-year-old vocational student from Isfahan who also worked part-time. On January 9, 2026, she was shot three times by security forces near the Bozorgmehr Bridge while participating in protests alongside her parents. She reportedly died in front of her mother and father near the Zayandeh Rud river.
غزل جانقربان، هنرجوی ۱۵ ساله هنرستان در اصفهان بود که در کنار تحصیل، عصرها نیز کار میکرد. او در شب ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در نزدیکی پل بزرگمهر با شلیک سه گلوله توسط نیروهای یگان ویژه و در مقابل چشمان پدر و مادرش جان باخت. او در حالی که به همراه والدینش در اعتراضات مردمی در نزدیکی زایندهرود شرکت کرده بود، هدف شلیک مستقیم قرار گرفت.
